Her NATIONALITY is Colombian, and ETHNICALLY she is both Hispanic and Middle Eastern (or West Asian, depending on how you would geographically classify Lebanon). For example, I was born and raised in the States, so my nationality is American. My parents are from India, so ethnically, according to physical characteristics, I am also Indian. Geography and ethnicity are irrelevant, she takes things from her culture and she does a fantastic job of fusing together different cultural elements.

There is no such thing as having a talent come with your DNA. There are many Caucasian women who are amazing belly dancers and may Arab/Middle Eastern women who aren't good at it. Some people have natural talent, some people have to practice. Ethnicity and skin color are ultimately irrelevant factors, we're all products of our culture.
